It is hard to believe that B has been one for than a couple weeks…where does the time go?
We were able to celebrate B’s Birthday, this seemingly big milestone in our little family’s life, surrounded by family and friends.
We enjoyed an afternoon filled with Bluebell ice cream, Bananas, Berries, Blackberry tea, Brownies, cake Balls, Blue B shaped sugar cookies, Bumble Bee cupcakes…you probably get the idea (the teacher in me went a little overboard with the alliteration).
B enjoyed sitting in his high chair while everyone sung to him…his little eyes lit up/ maybe he was more stunned while everyone sang. After singing, we gave him his very own Bumble Bee cupcake and let him “dig” in…B didn’t so much dig, but seemed to enjoy himself. One could say that B is still pretty picky in regard to finger foods and the different textures…he didn’t by any means do a face plant into the cake, but seemed to enjoy the little pieces that he was able to pinch off with his fingers.

We were so blessed to be able to celebrate with friends and family who are so dear to us…we were honored to have the love and support!
We are continuing to praise the Lord for B’s first year…it truly has been a year filled with milestones…what a ride it has been, we can’t wait to see what this next year holds.
