You can’t live in Cowtown and not attend the annual Stock Show and Rodeo!
So last weekend, in true Cowtown spirit, (before it got cold) we packed up and headed to the Stock Show. We decided that B wasn’t quite ready to truly enjoy the rodeo…so we simply explored the stock show and everything it had to offer.
We heard B “moooing” as we looked at and walked past the cows…
He tried to “oink”…
And even “baaahed” for the goats! (He wasn’t quite sure what sound a goat actually made).
Later, he took to steering his stroller in the direction he wanted to explore…
We couldn’t have picked a more beautiful day to be outside…I think it was about 75 degrees. It was fun watching B look at all the different animals. Unfortunately, B’s parents were rookies at the whole stock show gig and didn’t know to look for the petting zoo, pony rides, etc…I guess we’ll chalk it up to leaving something on the table for next year!
