B has taken to enjoying one of C’s favorite eateries…
C couldn’t be more proud!
(In this photo, I think C may be thinking “Maybe someday B might have Chipolte catered at his rehearsal dinner just like his dad!” Seriously (that’s what we had to eat)…but that is another story for another day).

B and I have a tradition that has evolved over the past few months…on Friday afternoons, we head to the “milk shake store” to get a milk shake.
I love watching B’s little lips hug the bright red straw as he works hard to enjoy the creamy treat…usually about 2-3 minutes into B’s sucking I hear him say “Pweess mooma, help” which translated means, “Mom, please help me suck some more milk shake out of the straw.” He typically only consumes about one third of the shake and then gets tired of of sucking and gives it to me. I can’t say that milkshakes are my favorite treat…but creating little traditions like this make my heart smile.

C’s mom, affectionately named “Gigi”, came over to our neck of the wood for a visit today..I enjoyed the company and help of a second set of hands…and B loved having a playmate who wasn’t interrupted by tending to little A’s needs.
B started the morning off with some “diggin’” coloring…
And then moved onto play-doh.
Little A and I sat back and watched the magic happen.
Later before naptime, Gigi and B moved onto “cookin"’” in the kitchen…
And reading together in the big comfy chair.
The day was capped off by cuddling on the couch…
And you guessed it…the infamous “Diggin” movie!
Gigi, thank you for all of your help (with the kiddos and with to-do’s around the house)! We love you!
